If you’re like me, you have come to an awareness that several areas of your life are ‘lacking’ and you’ve noticed you’re ‘slacking’ on doing the things you know you need to do. You either just don’t want to do them or don’t know how to do what you need to do to improve a specific area of your life.

I created this guideline for myself to help me analyze all areas of my life and map out a 12-month strategy to work on one area at a time. It can become overwhelming and even daunting at times. The best thing you can do is take it a few steps at a time.
